Los Angeles rock band Dead Sara have released their highly anticipated self-titled debut album on April 10th on Pocket Kid Records/ Fontana/Universal. Having spent much of last year in the studio, Dead Sara has hit the road in support of their debut full-length album on a spring tour supporting Chevelle abd  another supporting The Used, The band will cap it all off with a 40+ date coast-to-coast run on the Vans Warped Tour this summer, beginning June 16th.

Hanson/Meiko: House of Blues, Anaheim, CA 10/10/11

It is crazy to think that Hanson has been playing professionally for nearly 20 years.  The three brothers (Isaac, Taylor and Zach), found success with their highly successful hit, “MMMBop” in 1997, and since then, have managed to maintain their loyal, if not obsessive, fan base of young girls.  Fast forward to 2011 and the young girls have become twenty to thirty-something women, but their unyielding love is still apparent.

The Belle Brigade: The Satellite, Los Angeles, CA 6/10/11

It has been an awesome ride since The Belle Brigade's Monday night residencies at the venue formally known as Spaceland.  Regardless of venue name change, the folks in the hipster neighborhood of Silverlake and the greater Los Angeles area filled the room with an appreciation that was twofold.  Surrounded by old friends and new fans, being at this Belle Brigade show was like being part of a very large and delightful family.
